"Before embarking on the purchase of Optosys^®2, our concerns were: how easy would it be to move from screen to screen in the system, and, equally important, how helpful would the technical support team be?  It's always easy to install software, but, what happens when a problem arises? How quickly would help 'arrive''?
We were pleased with the ease of moving from screen to screen. We were more than pleased with the technical support. As we all know, when patients are at our counter, when the phone is ringing and the doctor is waiting for the patient, we need the technical support to understand what help we need and to deliver it as quickly as possible. Max, Patrick, Fred and France were superlative in their assistance, never judgmental, always helpful.
We are looking forward to the next module, the Exam Module. We're sure that the transition to it will be almost seamless, as was the Medsys module last year. The very few 'glitches' in Medsys were worked out quickly and efficiently by the technical support and programming teams.
